About IMEX

From start-up in 1970, IMEX has offered our customers a solution based approach to their measurement problems. We feel that this type of service can only be provided by a team of technically competent field engineers visiting, demonstrating and, where appropriate, arranging seminars and presentations of new products.

With over thirty years of expertise, our products now range into many different areas. A good example of our recent success is with our outstanding Interactive Whiteboard Systems, and remember that we meet ISO9001:2000 requirements - ensuring you obtain the best quality.

The website can only really be looked on as "the tip of the iceberg" as we have vast quantities of additional technical information on each item on view, as well more specialised items in each listed range. This information includes detailed data sheets, full catalogues, application notes and demonstration disks. Any or all of these can be sent to you on request. Please do contact IMEX for additional information. There is never a substitute for seeing equipment in action and seeing practically how it can benefit you and your company/organisation.

Customer Feedback

As IMEX is ISO9001:2000 approved (replacing the previous standard ISO9002:1994), our QA system was rewritten to meet the new version, addressing the focus on continuous improvement and customer feedback. We have a a short questionnaire which we use to obtain customer feedback. It has a maximum of 8 questions and should take no longer than two minutes to complete. Your time and effort is greatly appreciated and helps us to comply with our ISO9001:2000 requirements and for us to improve our customer satisfaction. You will need your ISO reference handy.
