This teaching set provides a complete introductory course in the programming and troubleshooting of industrial control applications.
The teaching set includes an industrially relevant applications trainer, an industry-standard programmable controller, a sequence switch module, a compressed air pump and a curriculum manual.

Bytronic

The Industrial Control Trainer (ICT1) is a sorting, assembly and inspection process that is a representation in operation to many full size systems, typical of many manufacturing operations as well as packaging, labelling and bottling plants. The ICT1 Comprises of two conveyors arranged so that components may be transferred from the first to the second by means of linear and rotary solenoids and a pair of chutes. A variety of sensors mounted on the conveyors allow the positions of components of different types to be identified. The unit may be controlled by a PLC, PC or microprocessor trainer board.
