Today almost every design (on even the most common IC devices) is a high-speed design with fast clock edges and data rates. For these designs, you need to see the analog characteristics of high-speed digital signals in relation to complex digital events in the circuit. iView is your window into the digital and analog world. The iView capability seamlessly integrates and automatically time-correlates data from the logic analyzer and oscilloscope, so you can transfer analog waveforms from the oscilloscope to the logic analyser display with the click of a mouse. The iView package, available for every TLA5000 Series logic analyser, includes TLA Application Software and an interconnect cable to integrate the logic analyzer with more than 40 Tektronix oscilloscopes. Recommended oscilloscopes include the TDS5000B and TDS3000B Series DPOs.
