2000 Series Oscilloscopes
 With up to 200 MHz bandwidth and 2 GS/s maximum sample rate, no other
colour digital storage oscilloscope offers as much bandwidth and sample rate for the price. The TDS1000B and TDS2000B Series oscilloscopes provide accurate
real-time acquisition up to their full bandwidth, the same record length at all time
base settings, advanced triggers to isolate
signals of interest, and 11 standard automatic measurements on all models. Their
Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and waveform add, subtract, and multiply math
functions allow you to analyze, characterise and troubleshoot circuits.
The 2000 series is an ideal student scope for use in a range of lab applications.
The scope familiarises students with Tektronix products and prepares them
for using Tektronix scopes in an industrial setting. With built in multiple language user interface and context sensitive help, the scope allows for independent student use and removes
the need to purchase manuals. Students can also use their own USB flash drive to store screen shots and waveform data for report use. The USB device port can also be used to easily communicate with other instruments, peripherals or systems using Openchoice and NI SignalExpress TE software. The scopes are ideal for protable use in laboratories. However, security of your investment is not forgotten with an integrated handle, security loop and Kensington Lock as well as a Lifetime Warranty!
The colour display makes it even easier to view your signals and distinguishes it from the black and white 1000 series. You can also choose a 4 channel scope in the 2000B series.
If you own an older 2000 series scope, you can enhance it with the use of additional modules. The following are no longer required for the B series which now includes USB host and device ports. The B series can directly print your screen image to any PictBridge compatible printer via the USB device port:
• Communications - Printing, GPIB and
RS-232.
• Communications & Flash Memory Capability
- Printing, RS-232 and transfer of both data and screen shots to flash
memory with ease. Card reader supplied for plug & play to PC.
