Tektronix

We have a seperate section on scopes with isolated channels. This includes the THS700 and the TPS2000 - the worlds first 4-isolated-channel, full featured, battery powered oscilloscope. With an isolated oscilloscope input channels are electrically isolated from the oscilloscope’s chassis and from one another. This allows waveform comparisons to be made with different reference points.

The first digit is the series in question, the second two digits indicate the bandwidth and the last digit the number of channels. For example, the Tektronix TDS2024 oscilloscope.

'2' - This scope is part of the 2000 series
'02' - 200 MHz bandwidth
'4' - 4 channels

With iLink software with many of the scopes, you can interact with more advanced probing solutions and logic analysers (such as the TLA5000).
