IMEX supply both the THS700 Series and the TPS2000 - the world's first 4 channel full featured, isolated, portable oscilloscope.
The TPS2000 is designed to satisfy the need to make measurements with multiple reference points or when the signal is not referenced to earth ground.
The scope also fulfills the need for battery operation and simplifies the effort needed to make power measurements for Industrial Power customers.
The scope is available in 100MHz and 200MHz bandwidths with sample rates up to 2GS/s.
The TPS2000 offers many significant advantages over the older THS700 - no limitation of just two channels, battery life is not limited and the THS7000 is not a design tool.
