Isolated Channels
• Affordable differential measurements up to 30 VRMS floating on up to 4 isolated channels with the standard P2220 passive probe
• Affordable differential measurements up to 600 VRMS CAT II or 300 VRMS CAT III floating with the optional P5120 passive high-voltage probe
• High-voltage and low-voltage waveforms on the same screen with different reference points
• Simultaneously view each phase in a 3-phase system
Digital Real-Time (DRT) Sampling Technology
Up to 2 GS/s digital real-time sample rate across 4 channels simultaneously. This allows you to characterise power start-up sequences, capture glitches and signal anomalies with oversampling and sinX/x interpolation, and,
accurately characterise single-shot rise times as fast as 2.1 ns.
Power Measurement and Analysis Software
 The TPS2000 comes equipped with TPS2PWR1 application software. The software reduces development and test time with power-specific measurements including
switching loss (including turn-on, turn-off and conduction losses), harmonic distortion measurements to the 50th harmonic
and dV/dt and di/dt cursor measurements. Eliminate manual calculations with automated power analysis, waveform analysis and phase analysis with true power, apparent power, peak power, power factor, crest factor, and phase relationships.
Battery Operation, Portability & Use
 The TPS2000 Series’ 8 hours of battery operation is the industry’s longest! The oscilloscope comes with 1 battery standard providing 4 hours operation. Batteries are hot swappable (fully integrated into the oscilloscope) for virtually unlimited use without an
AC power source. The scope uses environmentally friendly recyclable Li-ION batteries. The battery feature provides true floating functionality.
The scope has the same traditional user interface with backlit controls, autorange and autoset and built in context sensitive help. It also comes with integrated Compact Flash memory capability. A versatile hanging accessory is available.
